Complaints policy

We strive to have a good working relationship with our clients and hopefully most issues can be dealt with in an informal manner on a day-to-day basis.

If you feel your issue hasn’t been dealt with to your satifaction and you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact us with the full details of your issue.

We will aim to acknowledge all points of contact within 3 working days and give a full response, aiming to resolve any issues within 10 working days.

Abuse policy

If you encounter email spam or inappropriate content and believe that it has come from us then please contact us immediately and we will investigate fully in accordance with our complaints procedure.
